Developing strategic marketing communications plans that meet your consumer needs is the difference to successfully launching a new product or program. Throughout my career, I have created and implemented plans that resulted in:
-
developing comprehensive social media initiative for healthcare facility that expanded reach by 171% – from 3,500 followers to 9,500 followers in one year.
-
moving more than 17,000 urban school district students to conform to school uniforms within a six month time frame;
-
increasing Emergency Room visits by more than 10% within three months;
-
expanding hospital community outreach by 50% through corporate and non-profit partnerships within one year;
-
increasing attendance at city/partnership events by 40% over a two year period; and
-
increasing student enrollment in university by 45% (from approximately 550 to 800 students) in a four year time frame.
The campaigns varied extensively in budget - from under $10,000 to more than $850,000 - but they all included a focus on the "brand" while targeting the needs of the specific consumers. They also varied greatly in outlets/venues utilized; everything from radio, television and billboards to community presentations, social media, and scheduled system-wide phone messages.
